PCA Helpline: The number to call for older adults

PCA provides information and referrals for older Philadelphians, their families or caregivers, or adults living with disabilities.

The PCA Helpline (215-765-9040) is a one-stop service to find support and resources to live a safe and independent life in Philadelphia.

Callers speak with trained specialists who can answer questions and provide vital information. Services available through PCA include:
• In-home care.
• Home-delivered meals and nutrition programs.
• Employment and volunteer opportunities.
• Health information and counseling.
• Protective and legal services.
• Housing resources.
• Transportation assistance.
• Senior community centers.

The PCA Helpline operates weekdays, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 215-765-9040 and by email to AskHelpline@pcaCares.org. Reports of suspected elder abuse can be made 24/7.

Free translation services are available in every language. For older adults who are hearing impaired, call 215-765-9041 (TDD).
