PCA Requests Proposals for Legal Services
Philadelphia Corporation for Aging (PCA) seeks creative proposals for providing legal services during Fiscal Year (FY) 2024 (i.e., July 1, 2023, to June 30, 2024) to older adults living in Philadelphia County. To fulfill this objective, PCA will be issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP).
PCA intends to annually renew awarded contract(s) with satisfactorily performing legal services provider(s) within a five-year cycle (FY 2024-2028). The funding level will be released at the time of the RFP. On Friday, April 14, 2023, at 12:00 p.m., PCA will issue its legal services RFP. The RFP may be obtained by contacting Angela Ramsey, Program Manager at 215-765-9000 ext. 5111 or Angela.Ramsey@pcaCares.org. On Friday, April 28, 2023, at 2:00 pm., PCA will host a virtual question and answer session to allow for clarification of the RFP process, timetable requirements, and service specifications. May 12, 2023, at 1200 p.m. is the deadline for RFP submissions, which must strictly comply with the RFP’s requirements.
