PCA hosted its annual women’s forum titled “Aging Gracefully” on Thursday, July 18, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. The event began with a welcome address by Lissette Sarfraz, the Community Relations Manager at PCA. This was followed by a session on “Aging Gracefully Through the Decades,” featuring Lissette Sarfraz, Tracey Payton-Coles, Project Coordinator at PCA, and Wanda F. Mitchell, Community Engagement Director at PCA.

The forum also included a presentation on stress management by Laura Roache, LMSW, M.Ed., CAADC, and Executive Director of the Women’s Institute for Family Health. The event concluded with lunch and a thoughtful reminder to attendees to always take time to breathe.

Organized by the Philadelphia Corporation for Aging, the forum provided valuable insights and practical advice on aging gracefully and managing stress.
