2024 Senior Farmer’s Market Nutrition Program (SFMNP) Produce Vouchers
The 2024 Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program (SFMNP) voucher distribution will be in-person at PCA and participating senior centers from June 24 through September 30 while supplies last.
Distributed throughout the summer each year, PCA provides vouchers to 20,000 – 36,000 income-eligible older adults that can be redeemed for local produce from certified farmer’s markets throughout Pennsylvania. Qualified participants who live in Philadelphia are eligible to receive five $10 vouchers, for a total of $50. These SFMNP vouchers are made available through funds from the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) and the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture (PDA).
If you or someone you know live in Philadelphia County and are looking to qualify, there are 3 ways to submit the COMPLETED application (please complete ALL information requested):
1. Go to your local participating senior center after June 24. This is a first come, first served basis where you can receive your vouchers on the same day. You can find the list of participating senior centers below along with their days and hours of distribution.

2. Take the completed application to Philadelphia Corporation for Aging (PCA) at 642 N. Broad Street Philadelphia, PA 19130 after June 24 Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. This is also a first come, first served basis where you can receive your vouchers on the same day.
3. If you want to pick up vouchers for someone who is unable to pick them up in-person themselves, we offer a proxy option. You can find a proxy form below, at a distribution site or by emailing sfmnp@pcacares.org to request a copy. The proxy form needs to be filled out and signed by both the proxy and the program participant. Please fill out the proxy form completely and bring it to PCA or a participating senior center.
***ONE PERSON CAN ONLY SUBMIT UP TO 4 PROXY FORMS
If you want to receive SFMNP produce vouchers for 2024, we recommend that you return the completed application form in-person to a participating senior center or PCA’s office as soon as possible. Please be sure to fill out the entire application. Incomplete applications will not be processed. This does not guarantee that you will be able to receive the SFMNP vouchers, as they will be distributed on a first come, first served basis. We cannot replace lost or stolen vouchers.
