Keeping Older Adults Safe During the Winter Months: a program of the Emergency Fund Coalition for Older Philadelphians

Join us to learn more about important resources and programs from these participating agencies:

  • PCA Helpline and the Emergency Fund

  • Utility Emergency Services Fund

Free parking – entrance on 15th St between North & Wallace Streets.
