Join in person or online for this special panel discussion co-hosted by ARTZ Philadelphia and Center in the Park, addressing the question “Who is caring for the care partners in Greater Philadelphia?” Panelists will provide valuable information about resources available to people living with dementia and their care partners from the state’s Department of Aging, Philadelphia Corporation for Aging, and in specific neighborhoods. They will also answer as many of your questions as possible. If you are living with dementia or are a care partner, you are not alone!
