PCA’s annual health event kicks off with a one mile walk, led by a band playing lively music. Sponsors and exhibitors distribute health-related information and provide free screenings. A presentation stage with seating area features diet and exercise–related activities and a DJ is on-site to provide music. All participants receive a free T-shirt, a healthy bag lunch, giveaways, and more!

Tickets for this event are $5, and can be purchased in advance at PCA, online, or through senior centers throughout the city.
