Keep it Moving – Chronic Pain Self-Management Program – Held via Phone
Dates: Wednesday, February 21, 28, March 6, 13, 20, and 27
Times: 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
In this six-week Chronic Pain Self-Management Program, participants will learn tips and strategies to take charge of chronic pain and address problems such as poor sleep, fatigue, isolation, and frustration. Additional topics include how to increase involvement in everyday activities, physical activity, nutrition, pacing, the power of the mind to reduce pain, medication usage, and evaluation of new treatments.
