GenPhilly’s Meet-A-Mentor

Meet and mingle with other folks in a variety of fields that impact aging adults in Philadelphia and find a lasting mentoring relationship! 

Program Overview: The GenPhilly Mentorship Program is designed to connect emerging professionals with experienced mentors in the field of aging services and whose work reaches aging populations and beyond. The program aims to enhance professional development, facilitate knowledge exchange, and strengthen the network of individuals committed to creating an age-friendly Philadelphia. 

Objectives: 

  • Professional Development: Provide mentees with guidance and support to advance their careers in aging services. 
  • Knowledge Exchange: Facilitate the sharing of expertise, experiences, and best practices between mentors and mentees. 

Networking: Expand professional networks to include a diverse group of individuals dedicated to positive aging initiatives.
