Chronic Pain Self-Management Program
Date: Thursdays – January 19, 26, February 2, 9, 16, and 23
Time: 1:30 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
In this six-week Chronic Pain Self-Management Program, participants will learn tips and strategies to take charge of chronic pain and address problems such as poor sleep, fatigue, isolation, and frustration. Additional topics include:
- How to increase involvement in everyday activities
- Physical activity
- Nutrition
- Pacing
- The power of the mind to reduce pain
- Medication usage
- Evaluation of new treatments
If you have a condition that causes discomfort, stiffness and/or inflammation, this program is for you! Masks are required for all program attendees.
