Emergency Fund Online Application

Use this form to request a disbursement from PCA’s Emergency Fund for Older Philadelphians. The fund helps to meet basic human needs for those who have exhausted all other resources.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Must be 60 or older
• Must live in Philadelphia
• Income is 175% below the federal poverty line
• Must have exhausted all other resources

PCA will not accept self-referrals or referrals without the sponsorship of a recognized community organization, a senior center, or clergy.

Valid identification and supporting documents are also required to submit a request.
