State of the Agency Report

PCA’s State of the Agency Report provides an overview of our accomplishments over the previous year and a forecast for future plans to serve older Philadelphians. The State of the Agency Report measures our impacts in light of the goals laid out in the four-year area plan for aging services in Philadelphia.
